Mark joined Teligent in 2018 as our General Manager of Canada. In this role, he is responsible for customer engagement, product development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and building our vision for Teligent Canada. In addition, he actively liaisons with our supplier partners and European colleagues to drive integration across our business units.
In 2019 Mark undertook new responsibilities and is now leading our North American Commercial Sales and Marketing Group in addition to his role as General Manager in Canada. In this role, Mark is responsible for delivering global sales results, new customer development, new product launch execution, and new channel development in all Teligent commercial markets.
Mark also works closely with our operations group at our manufacturing facility in New Jersey to ensure quality of supply, new product development, and growth of the newest topical and injectable facility in the USA.
Mark has gained experience from multiple industries, such as working with Coca Cola, Campbell’s Soup, Roche Diagnostics, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and Mint Pharmaceuticals.
Mark is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a certificate in Marketing Management.
Tyler is responsible for strategic pricing, sales forecasting, wholesaler relations, key account management, and new product launches. He also acts as a key liaison between manufacturing and commercial operations for demand planning and inventory control.
Tyler brings commercial experience from the Biotech industry and previously worked in drug research and development prior to joining Teligent. He has been exposed to all areas of the industry, working closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
Tyler has earned his Master of Science Degree from the University of Waterloo and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto.

Wael is responsible for business development where he leads the identification and development of new business opportunities, including acquisitions, licensing agreements, and products.
Wael brings prior pharmaceutical industry experience, joining Teligent from Abbott where she worked as a National Account manager.
Wael has earned his Bachelor of commerce degree from Ryerson University and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Kevin is responsible for regulatory functions in support of the approval and maintenance of sterile injectable and topical drug products. He acts as a main contact with manufacturers, contract labs, graphic artists and translators in order to compile and file electronic drug submissions with Health Canada. He also works to maintain current product labelling.
Kevin brings prior Regulatory Affairs experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent (formerly Alveda) from Lambda Therapeutic Research Inc. where he functioned as a Regulatory Affairs Associate.
Kevin has earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University in Chemistry and his post-graduate diploma from Seneca College in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations, and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Kayla is responsible for the quality functions in support of the import and distribution of drug products, and for strengthening Quality Systems and processes across all departments of the company. She also serves as a backup to the Head of Quality and supports Pharmacovigilance activities.
Kayla joined the Teligent team in 2016 as a Regulatory Affairs & Quality Intern after having completed her studies. She has since fully transitioned to the QA department and currently works a Senior Quality Associate.
Kayla has earned her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Biology and her post-graduate diploma in Regulatory Affairs from Humber College, and works out of our Canadian office is Mississauga, Ontario.
Please join us in welcoming Fiona Lowe – National Hospital & Institutional Accounts Manager. Fiona is responsible for growing and expanding Teligent’s hospital customer and wholesaler relationships. She will be managing our major hospital and GPO/SSO accounts and will work to grow our core relationships between internal and external customers.
Fiona has experience in front line patient care, working in a busy Intensive Care Unit. She also has experience in Group Purchasing, having direct customer relationships with hospitals and distributors. In her most recent role, Fiona has been promoting patient safety and health system efficiency through work with Global Standards.

Justin is responsible for maintaining the Contract Manufacturer Audit program, qualifying potential partners, and ensuring that our current CMO’s are maintaining and complying with Canadian GMP, ICH, and other regulatory body guidelines. Other responsibilities include maintaining and establishing Quality Technical Agreements with Teligent partners.
Justin brings prior Quality Assurance and Compliance experience from the Cannabis and Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from Canopy Growth Corporation where he functioned as a Quality Assurance Manager and previously functioned as the QA/RA Associate at Experchem Laboratories.
Justin has earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Western Ontario in Medical Science and his post-graduate diploma from Seneca College in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations, and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Poonam is responsible for regulatory functions in support of the approval and maintenance of sterile injectable and topical drug products. She acts as a contact with manufacturers, contract labs and graphic artists in order to compile and file electronic drug submissions with Health Canada. She also works to maintain current product labelling.
Poonam brings prior Regulatory Affairs experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited where she functioned as a Senior Research Scientist.
Poonam has earned both her Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science and Master of Pharmaceutical Science degrees from University of Delhi and works out of our Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Please join us in welcoming Theodora Simion as our Commercial Operations Manager. Theodora is responsible for end-to-end management of all hospital, key account, retail and specialty contracts. She will work closely with our Sales team to execute sales strategies, manage contract compliance, develop customer relationships and generate new business. She will work to solidify core relationships between internal and external customers, warehousing operations, and supply chain.
Theodora brings prior Pharmaceutical industry experience, joining Teligent from Apotex Inc. where she worked as a Contracts Management Consultant in the Hospital Sales division. She also had exposure to all areas of the industry in her previous roles at Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC.
Theodora has earned her Master of Engineering with a major in Automation and Industrial IT from Transylvania University and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.

Lisa is responsible for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control as well as Quality Compliance functions in support of the import and distribution of sterile and topical drug products. In addition, she will work to build and strengthen Quality Systems and processes across all departments of the company and develop Quality relationships with business partners.
Lisa brings prior Quality Assurance experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from McNeil Consumer Healthcare and previously functioned as the Assistant Quality Manager at Mint Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Lisa has earned both her Honors Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Pamela is responsible for the quality functions in support of the import and distribution of drug products, and for strengthening Quality Systems and processes across all departments of the company.
Pamela joined the Teligent team in 2019 as a Quality Associate after her prior experience as a Quality Control Chemist and Project Leader for Lean Six Sigma operations at Apotex.
Pamela has earned her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from York University in Biomedical Science and her Recognition of Achievement for Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology for Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from Seneca College, and works out of our Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario.
