General Manager, Canada
Mark joined Teligent in 2018 as our General Manager of Canada. In this role, he is responsible for customer engagement, product development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and building our vision for Teligent Canada. In addition, he actively liaisons with our supplier partners and European colleagues to drive integration across our business units.
In 2019 Mark undertook new responsibilities and is now leading our North American Commercial Sales and Marketing Group in addition to his role as General Manager in Canada. In this role, Mark is responsible for delivering global sales results, new customer development, new product launch execution, and new channel development in all Teligent commercial markets.
Mark also works closely with our operations group at our manufacturing facility in New Jersey to ensure quality of supply, new product development, and growth of the newest topical and injectable facility in the USA.
Mark has gained experience from multiple industries, such as working with Coca Cola, Campbell’s Soup, Roche Diagnostics, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and Mint Pharmaceuticals.
Mark is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a certificate in Marketing Management.

Kevin is responsible for regulatory functions in support of the approval and maintenance of sterile injectable and topical drug products. He acts as a main contact with manufacturers, contract labs, graphic artists and translators in order to compile and file electronic drug submissions with Health Canada. He also works to maintain current product labelling.
Kevin brings prior Regulatory Affairs experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent (formerly Alveda) from Lambda Therapeutic Research Inc. where he functioned as a Regulatory Affairs Associate.
Kevin has earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University in Chemistry and his post-graduate diploma from Seneca College in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations, and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.

Bianca is responsible for maintaining, further developing and expanding our customer and wholesaler relationships along with managing key account selling, company communications, and data analysis. She will work to solidify core relationships between internal and external customers, Warehousing operations, and Supply chain.
Bianca brings prior Quality Control experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from Apotex Inc. where she worked as a Finished Product, Stability, and Raw Material Chemist. She has been exposed to all areas of the industry, working closely with Quality Assurance through Regulatory and customer inspections.
Bianca has earned her Honors Bachelor of Science with a double major in chemistry and biology, and a minor in Italian from the University of Toronto, and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Sandeep is responsible for Canada market product registration activities (e.g. Pre and Post approval activities), performing due diligence, product developmental activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, deliver optimal Health Canada approvals (time and quality), maintain compliance and lifecycle management of regulatory submissions in the Canadian marketplace.
Sandeep brings prior Regulatory Affairs experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from Biolyse Pharma and previously functioned as the Assistant Manager – Regulatory Affairs at Fresenius Kabi.
Sandeep has earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy from India and Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences, United Kingdom and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
Please join us in welcoming Theodora Simion as our Commercial Operations Manager. Theodora is responsible for end-to-end management of all hospital, key account, retail and specialty contracts. She will work closely with our Sales team to execute sales strategies, manage contract compliance, develop customer relationships and generate new business. She will work to solidify core relationships between internal and external customers, warehousing operations, and supply chain.
Theodora brings prior Pharmaceutical industry experience, joining Teligent from Apotex Inc. where she worked as a Contracts Management Consultant in the Hospital Sales division. She also had exposure to all areas of the industry in her previous roles at Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC.
Theodora has earned her Master of Engineering with a major in Automation and Industrial IT from Transylvania University and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.

Lisa is responsible for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control as well as Quality Compliance functions in support of the import and distribution of sterile and topical drug products. In addition, she will work to build and strengthen Quality Systems and processes across all departments of the company and develop Quality relationships with business partners.
Lisa brings prior Quality Assurance experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, joining Teligent from McNeil Consumer Healthcare and previously functioned as the Assistant Quality Manager at Mint Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Lisa has earned both her Honors Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and works out of our Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario.
